Restaurant-refectory with a taste of history

The pride of the Golden Altai hotel complex is the Razgulay refectory restaurant. This is a place where you can experience the pleasure of a gourmet from the simplest products! After all, only natural ingredients are used to prepare delicious dishes.

Milk, eggs, vegetables, herbs, meat – everything is grown on your own farm. The products produced are absolutely natural, exactly as they were a few centuries ago – fragrant, tasty, healthy – when chemistry and fertilizers were unheard of!

The restaurant serves Russian and European cuisine. Among the guests' favorite dishes: pickles, sausage made of maral meat, goat cheese, dried horse meat, pasta with goat meat.

On the days of church holidays, lenten dishes are offered. A separate children's menu has been created for young guests, sweet tooths will be happy with delicious desserts. Each order is accompanied by a delicious "compliment" from the chef!

Even in the preparation of bread, there is a sense of caring for the guests. After all, it is baked with your own hands – white, Borodinsky, with seeds, "Harvest" (yeast-free).

The interior of the refectory restaurant is made in the Russian style, the hall is always bright and cozy, large windows do not miss a single ray of sunlight! When you want to breathe in the spotlessly clean air of the Altai foothills, prolong the pleasure of delicious dishes and good company, you can move from the restaurant hall to the outdoor terrace.

High–quality linen textiles, furniture with comfortable seating, decorative elements reflecting the Russian national character - all this creates a sincere, warm atmosphere in the restaurant-refectory "Razgulay". It is complemented by an open hearth – the central decoration of the hall, it is so pleasant to watch a live fire during a meal!

The refectory restaurant serves breakfast tables every day. For guests staying at the complex, a hot dish is offered to choose from – porridge to taste: with milk or water; tender pancakes from zucchini; omelet or fried eggs: with vegetables, bacon or sausage from maral meat; pancakes with topping: sour cream, jam, condensed milk, honey.

The chosen dish is served with a plate of homemade cottage cheese with sour cream, suluguni cheese, goat cheese, fresh butter. A naturally hearty and delicious breakfast made from farm products! Breakfast traditionally ends with a hot and fragrant drink – tea made from Altai herbs. But how else?! After all, the Golden Altai hotel complex is located in a fertile place with clean ecology and rich nature!

We love to set rich tables and welcome guests literally with open arms! The soul of a Russian person, after all, is so open, and in our hotel complex it feels like nowhere else! Here you really rest your soul, because everything is real!
