The Corporation, using the mechanisms of state support, helps to implement investment projects aimed at creating new enterprises, accelerating economic development, improving the quality of life of Far East residents and northerners, and implementing a number of socially significant initiatives:

• attracts, accompanies and provides comprehensive support to investors in the Far East and the Arctic;
• manages preferential regimes for business activities in the Far East and the Arctic:
  • territories of advanced socio-economic development (ASED);
  • free port of Vladivostok;
  • Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation;
  • the special administrative district on the Russky Island;
  • The Kuril Islands of the Russian Federation.
• creates engineering infrastructure for investors and residents of preferential regimes;
• engages the mechanisms of public-private partnership ("Far Eastern and Arctic concessions");
• helps investors and residents of preferential regimes to find professional personnel;
• participates in the implementation of state policies and programs aimed at improving the quality of life of people in the Far East and the Arctic:
  • The "Hectar" program, gratuitous provision of land plots to citizens in the Far East and the Arctic;
  • The Far Eastern Mortgage Program;
  • Program "Far Eastern Quarter", development of housing construction;
  • Creation of comfortable urban environment;
  • Development of education.
